Pointed Gourd and Peas Sabji

Wash and peel and cut the pointed gourd into pieces. Remove the center seeds and make pieces.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add pointed gourd and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add green peas and chopped tomato, mix well.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and dhaniya jeera powder. Stir to coat.

Add 1/4 cup water, close the lid, and cook for 4 whistles.

Let the pressure release naturally, then open and mix gently.
Tips
Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
