Custard Tea Time Cake

Steps

Mix milk, water, vanilla essence, and sugar well until sugar dissolves.

Sift whole wheat atta, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla custard powder together.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the milk mixture, mixing to form a smooth batter.

Add oil and vinegar, mix until combined.

Preheat a kadhai on the gas stove for 10 minutes.

Pour the batter into a cake mould.

Bake in the preheated kadhai for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Tips
For extra moisture, you can add a little more milk or water to the batter.
