Today it’s National Poha Day and I wanted to celebrate with Poha Fried Cups - a snack to enjoy

Poha cups - In a bowl add the Poha and wash 2-3 times, set aside

Poha Filling - On a plate add mashed potato, chopped onion, grated carrot and mix well

Add dry oregano, red chilli flakes, and chilli powder to the mixture and mix well.

To the Poha add Besan or chickpea flour and yogurt and mix to make a dough.

Make a dough

Make balls

Give it a cup shape and cups are ready

Before adding the filling, add the salt to the filling and mix well, add the filling inside the cups

In a pan heat oil and gently add the filled cups, on low flame fry on all sides gradually taking care the fillings don’t fall out

Plate and garnish with coriander leaves
Tips
Wash the Poha 3-4 times
Add the filling carefully
Fry the cups with care
