Blend moong sprouts, spinach, coriander, green chilies, and a little water into a smooth batter.

Add ragi atta, cumin seeds, and salt to the batter. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with oil.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread into a thin circle.

Flip and cook the other side until done.

Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until golden on one side.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
Tips
For a crispier dosa, ensure the batter is spread thinly and cook on medium heat.
