Steps

Take jowar flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Mix it well. If you are making 'Roti' then no need to add wheat flour. Add 1 tsp oil. Crumble properly.

Now add salt & carom seeds(Ajwain). Mix properly. Take warm water.

Add little by little in a flour. knead it for 5 minutes. make little tight bhakri flour. make smooth texture.

Now make ball sized dough. dust jowar flour on rolling board. roll it with rolling pin. keep little thick. heat tawa on gas. place jowar bhakri gently on tawa.

Roast both side with oil properly. Jowar bhakri is ready to serve.

You can use ghee also. Next serve hot jowar bhakri with ' Rasawali mix sabji' it's very healthy for diabetic patient. Healthy conscious people eat frequently in the meal.

Enjoy jowar bhakri with Dal or sabji.
Tips
Wheat flour gives batter binding for bhakri.
