Arabian Mango Bread Pudding

Peel the mangoes & cut it into pieces. Arrange the bread slices (remove the crust) in a pudding mould. Blend the mango pieces(reserve one cup of the mango pieces) with condensed milk & fresh cream. Keep it aside.

Transfer the mango mix on the bread slices. Then add mango pieces on it.

Place the bread slices, then mango mix, mango pieces.. Keep it in the refrigerator to set 1 hr.

Make mango jelly (as per pkt). Pour it in a glass mould. When it sets, keep it in the refrigerator to set 15 min. Then cut it into cubes. Decorate the pudding with mango jelly & mango pieces.
