Steps
- 1
I use my wok but any deep skillet will suffice.
- 2
Heat the oil on a medium flame and add the garlic and chilli pepper, stir fry for 30 seconds.
- 3
Add the diced Chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the meat turns white.
- 4
Add all of the prepared vegetables and continue to stir fry for a further two minutes.
- 5
Drain the cooked noodles and add to the wok, continue to stir all the ingredients together.
- 6
Add the white pepper, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and Kecap Manis and stir into the dish until all the ingredients are coated with the sauce.
- 7
Divide onto two serving plates and garnish with the sesame seeds
