Ingredients

  • 2 bowlWatermelon cut in cubes
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack salt
  • 4 to 5Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoonWhipping cream for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind watermelon in mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Sieve through a strainer.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, lemon juice and black salt in to it.

  4. 4

    Keep in fridge for 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Add ice cubes and Garnish with whip cream. Serve chilled.
