Ingredients

4-serving
  • handful 1urad dal
  • handful 1green gram
  • handful 1black pepper
  • handful 1toor dal
  • handful 1moong dal
  • handful 1rice
  • 1 Pinchmethi seeds
  • handful 1channa dal
  • handful 1corn dried broken
  • handful 1wheat broken
  • 4 - 6chillies dried

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak all the ingredients in water for 3-4 hours.

  2. 2

    Grind them all together in a mixer and let it stay overnight to turn sour. Add water to the batter as required to make a smooth dosa.

  3. 3

    Heat pan and make dosa with the batter. You can make it roast better with drops of gingelly oil in the dosa. Serve with onion or coconut chutney.
