Using a heavy bottom Pot heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and add beef cubes and brown on all sides for 6 minutes. Take Beef Out and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon Olive Oil and 1 tablespoon of Butter. Add 1 table spoon flour and cook to golden brown. Add Beef, Broth and all remaining ingredients except wine and the sour cream. Bring to Boil and reduce heat to simmer.

Cook for 1 1/2 hour stirring occasionally. Now add wine and cook 15 minutes. Now slowly stir in sour cream and cook 5 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes and serve with Mash Potatoes or Rice.
