1 CupCauliflower (Cleaned)
1 TeaspoonRed Chilli Powder
1/2 TeaspoonGaram Masala
4 TablespoonsOil
To TasteSalt

Mix all the ingredients with little water (except oil) and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

In a kadai, heat the oil and saute the cauliflower until it turns golden in colour. Serve hot and enjoy with pulao, sambar, curd, fried and variety rices.
