  • .1 1cauliflower Fresh cut in flowerets
  • 1 TablespoonHot Sauce Chef Luciano ' s
  • 2 TablespoonsMasala Chef ' s
  • 2 TablespoonsHoney
  • 2 TablespoonsLemon Juice
  • 1/2Red onion chopped
  • 2 ClovesGarlic chopped
  • 2 TablespoonsButter
  • 1 TablespoonOlive Oil
  • 2 TablespoonsCilantro Chopped

    In a bowl pour Hot Sauce over Cauliflower and let it sit five minutes. Group 1

    Group 2 Heat Olive in a Pan and melt butter. Add Red Onions and cook 3 minutes and add chopped garlic. Cook 2 minutes. In a small bowl put honey and lemon juice and mix it. Add Chef Masala (see notes) and mix well. Pour it over Cauliflower and simmer 3 to 4 minutes turning it a few times.

    Cauliflower should be a little crispy. Add chopped cilantro and serve. To Make Chef's Masala: Equal Parts : Kosher Salt, Cumin Powder, Corriander Powder, Chilli Powder. 1/2 Part Tumeric Powder. Mix well and keep in a tight lid jar.

Born in India and now living in Chicago. Food is celebration for me. Indian foods are not only great in taste but have a health factor related to it. Indian food and spices are not only tasty and flavorful; they also add a lot of benefits to our health. I have tried to take advantage of herbs and spices and infuse the American and Italian lcuisine. It is sort of East meets West. My dishes are easy to make and everyone can do it. Just come on and join me in my kitchen. We will have a lot fun!I use a unique mixture of Ginger, Garlic and Tumeric (in equal parts) with peppers, like long chilli spicy, habernero even Ghost peppers. It is potent and healthy.Dont't live to Eat, Eat to Live. Worked at Chefluciano's Restuarant in Chicago for 30 years. Now I am retired.
