Buffalo chicken wontons

Steps

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

Drain can of chicken and mix into cream cheese, shredding apart the chunks as you mix.

Add buffalo sauce, salsa, and bacon bits. Mix well.

Cut egg roll wrappers into quarters.

Fill wrappers with about 1tbs of cream cheese filling. Brush edges with egg wash (1 egg and 1 tbs water). Fold together corners diagonally to form a triangle.

Place on baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly brush with olive oil.

Bake in 350º oven for 10-13 mins or until golden with crispy edges.

Remove from oven, place on paper towels to drain, then serve with dressing.
