Ingredients

  • 1 BunchMethi Fresh Leaves , chopped
  • 1/2 CupChana Dal , cooked
  • 2 TablespoonsCoconutgrated
  • 3 TablespoonsShallots , chopped
  • 4red chilli Round
  • 1/8 TeaspoonFenugreek Powder
  • 1/4 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1/8 TeaspoonCummin Powder
  • To TasteSalt

    Cook chana dal separately and keep it aside. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. Put the chili, shallots and when slightly brown, add coconut. Then add the spices. Saute well. Add the cooked chana dal and stir well. Add some salt.

    Now add the methi leaves and stir until it is soft. Sprinkle salt and mix well. When the mixture is dry, remove from heat. Serve hot and enjoy the healthy dish.
