Easy Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer in thick creamy tomato gravy
Steps

In a kadai, add 1 tbsp of butter and add chopped onion and tomatoes.

Add cardamom into it and saute well.

When the tomotoes are softer, switch off the flame. Allow it to cool down and then grind to a fine paste.

Then in the same kadai, add remaining butter, and add the grinded paste.

Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt.

Mix well and allow it to cook for 7 min.

Now add thawed paneer cubes (if using frozen paneer)

Allow it to cook for another 5 min.

Add fresh cream or full cream milk. Let it simmer for 2 more minutes

Can serve with Roti/ Naan/ chappati/ prata
