In non stick kadai, add oil. Add cinnamon stick, brinji leaves or garam masala powder

Add onion saute for few minutes and add tomotoes. Saute and close lid to turn tomotoes softer.

Open to mash tomatoes and add ginger n garlic paste, chilli powder and salt.

Saute well till the raw smell of chilli powder leaves.

Add capsicum and saute well. U can retain the crispness of capsicum depending on your taste. Allow it to get cooked to the required level.

Add prata pieces and mix well to get coated in masala.

Allow it to be in non stick kadai for few minutes without lid so that the bottom layer gets crispy. Don't leave it for more time as it will start burning.

Mix the bottom layer well with other Pratas
- 9
Serve hot with Raita
