Ingredients

12-serving
  1. 1 cupBesan flour
  2. 1/2 cupSugar (powdered)
  3. 1/2 cupghee
  4. Rawa ladoo
  5. 1 cupSemolina (Bombay rawa)
  6. 3/4 cupSugar
  7. 1 tablespoonCashews Split
  8. 1 tablespoonkismiss
  9. 1 tablespoonghee - table

Steps

  1. 1

    In a heavy bottomed kadai fry the flour till light brown.

  2. 2

    Add the powdered sugar & mix well

  3. 3

    On a slow fire, add the ghee mix, the ingredients well & remove from fire

  4. 4

    Make small lime sized balls while the mixture is still warm

  5. 5

    Rawa ladoo--In a thick bottomed pan add the ghee & fry the semolina till light brown(or till the raw smell disappears)

  6. 6

    Add powdered sugar

  7. 7

    Mix well & remove from fire

  8. 8

    Fry the cashews & kismiss in a little ghee and add to the above mixture

  9. 9

    Take small portions of the mixture,sprinkle cold milk and make firm ladoos
