Trim the excess skin hanging off the side, but keep what you can, it maintains the juciness.

Use the combo rub (50% rub, 50% brown sugar)

Liberally coat rub mix, and let them sit in the fridge for about an hour uncovered.

Place on grill skin side down

Flip after 5 mins, so skin doesn't turn black
- 7
Flip again after 20, back to skin side down.

Done cooking after 5 on skin side.
