Kadai Paneer, a mouthwatering combination of paneer, bell peppers , tomato indian spices cooked in ghee is a treat for vegetarian food lovers !!!
Steps

Saute the paneer cubes in medium hot ghee for about 2 to 3 minutes and set it aside. (optional)

Heat oil in a kadai

Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and let them splutter.
- 4
Add a pinch of turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Do not burn them.

Now add the bell pepper cubes, leave the kadai open and cook until they get tender.

Add tomatoes, salt, keep the kadai closed and cook until all the tomatoes turns mushy.

Once they get mushy add red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala and saute well.

Add very little amount of water if required.

Finally drop the paneer cubes, finely chopped cilantro, close the kadai with a lid and cook for 2 minutes and put off the flame.

Now kadai paneer is all set to be plated.
