Steps

Take a bowl. add ragi flour, crushed garlic, coriander cumin powder and salt. mix it all well.

Now add water gradually and make dosa batter. grease pan with oil. pour the mixture with the help of spoon and make dosa.

Roast the both side of dosa. add oil to sides to avoid stickiness. serve it hot with any chutney you like.
