  • 1 CupShallot chopped
  • To TasteSalt
  • To TasteRed Chilli Powder
  • 2 TeaspoonsOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add the shallots.Add salt and saute til soft and translucent

  3. 3

    Once soft, add red chilli powder and saute till its mixed well

  4. 4

    Grind the shallots in a mixie.

  5. 5

    Serve with Dosa / Idli
