Make ice cream balls and wrap them in baking sheet

Keep the ice cream balls in freezer for about one and half hour(make sure they are hard when you take them out)

Mix crushed corn flake, corn flour and crushed cinnamon

Take egg white of 3eggs(for three to four ice cream ball)
- 5
Dip ice cream ball into egg white and cover them(by properly mixing with step 3 items)

Wrap the ice cream ball in baking sheet and put them back in freezer for another 2 hours
- 7
Heat up sunflower oil in a small container vessel on low flame and when oil is boiled fry set ice cream. You should take the ice cream out of the vessel when its colour changes. Don't keep them for long time
