A childhood favorite & an easy snack to munch on.
Steps

Peel the cover of the bananas and put them in a vessel of water. Add the turmeric & let it sit for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile dissolve some salt in 1/4 cup water.

Heat oil in a cheenachatti.when the oil is hot add the curry leaves & fry.Let this drain on tissue paper.

Now slice the banana directly over the hot oil with a banana slicer and fry.Once it's almost done add a tsp of salt water to this & turn the chips and fry till the splutter stops.Remove the fried chips from oil and drain on tissues. Add the fried curry leaves to the chips.

Once all the bananas are fried,store in airtight containers.
