Presenting a different way to include oats in your menu. This is a quick and easy recipe.
Steps

Grind the rolled oats to powder
- 2
Take a pan and add all ingredients except oil and mix it well
- 3
Add more water if needed and the mixture should be of thick pouring consistency

Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes

Turn on the stove and keep the skillet on medium heat
- 6
Once skillet is hot, take a big spoon and spread the 1 big spoon mixture on the skillet

Let it cook till the edges are cooked thoroughly and can be lifted easily

Dribble a little oil around it, turning the pan so the oil goes under the cheela

Flip it over to cook slightly on the other side for about 45 seconds to a minute

Repeat step 6 to 9 for each cheela

Serve it hot with green chutney

Note 1: it may be possible the shape will not be exact circle, it is expected behavior

Note 2: If you are unable to spread and you feel that mixture is thick then add some water, mix it well and then spread it
