Ingredients

  1. 1 lbshrimp, peeled & deveined
  2. 2 tbspketchup
  3. 2 tbspchili sauce
  4. 2 tbsprice wine or sherry wine
  5. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 1 tbsphoney
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
  9. 1 tbspcornstarch
  10. 4 ozmushrooms, sliced
  11. 1/2each red & yellow pepper, sliced
  12. 2green onions, chopped
  13. 2 tbspsesame oil
  14. 1 tspChinese 5 spice

    In a bowl add all ingredients except the shrimp, green onions Chinese 5 spice, set sauce a side.

  3. 3

    Preheat wok or large saute pan, add sesame oil, heat oil for a moment then add peppers & mushrooms, stir constantly add shrimp, chinese 5 spice and green onions stir constantly about 5-10 minutes til shrimp are cooked add sauce, toss the shrimp to coat evenly. Serve over rice or noodles. Enjoy :)
