This one recipe is for chart lovers,that gonna burst all flavors in their mouth. Its my another quick easy to make recipes. Above all its good for health and easy way to serve the kids with fruits and its benefits.
Steps

For instant idli. Take suji,curd,salt and mirchi powder in a bowl. Mix water to form a not so thick not so thin batter.

Now greese idli stand with oil. Keep it aside.

Now mix fruit salt(I used ENO pouch) and quickly whisk it and pour the batter in idli stand.(pour little water at the base of the stand to make soft idlis)

Microwave the batter for 5 minutes. Or use a steamer Or you can make it in cooker.(Make sure you remove the whistle of the cooker and steam it on a high flame).

After the idlis are ready. Slice it into 2 halves and place it on a plate.

Now Place the chopped fruits and pour the curd, imli chutney, green chilli chutney over it.

Sprinkle salt,jerra powder,mirchi powder on it.

Garnish it with pomegranate,sprouts.
