Steps

Wash and Rinse Dalia (Broken Wheat).

Put a vessel on the stove and put plain water for boiling it. Add washed Dalia, peas and small cubes of carrot and salt to taste. and allow it to boil then keep it on the slow flame for 5-7 minutes. Stain the Dalia and keep it aside.

Heat the another pan and put 2-3 spoon cooking oil and add cumin seed.

Now add tomatto, small amount of red chilli powder, green chilli and maggi masala (optional). Stir it and keep it on the slow flame for 2 minutes.

Now add Dalia, peas and carrot which was boiled earlier and stir it.

Keep stirring for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves.

Now it is ready to eat. serve it hot for better taste.

You can add boiled french beans, boiled cubed potato, boiled corn etc. as per your choice and availability.
