Soak urad daal for two hours.

In a separate bowl, soak the rice rawa in water.

Grind urad daal & fenugreek seeds
- 4
Mix rawa & daal with little salt & keep overnight for fermentation.

After the dough is nicely fermented add all chopped veggies.

Now in idli mould put half spoon of idli mix then put 1 tsp of grinded flax seed, cover it with another spoon of idli mix. Repeat this method for all the idli moulds.

Keep the idli maker on the oven on low flame for 20 minutes.

Wait for 10 minutes then open the lid and check with a knife to see if the idlis are done.

Your colorful &healthy idli is ready. Serve it with coconut chutney or red tomato chutney.
