Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogramBeef
  • 2 NosOnion , chopped
  • 1 tablespoonChilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander power
  • 1 tablespoonGinger Garlic and
  • to tasteSalt
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 Nosbanana Raw
  • 1 cuponion
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic and
  • 1 teaspoonChilli powder
  • 2 teaspoonsCoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1 teaspoonFennel seed powder
  • Coconut oil
  • Curry leaves
  • 1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the beef and cut in to small size pieces. Marinate with the first group ingredients for approx. 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cut the raw banana in cubes and add to the marinated beef with 1/2 cup of water and salt and cook till its done.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add finely sliced small onion, crushed ginger & garlic, curry leaves and cook till the onion turns golden color.  Add the masala powders and fry for few minutes till the oil clearly shows out of the mixture.

  4. 4

    Add the cooked beef and banana mixture and mix well. Do a salt test and add if required. Cover the pan till the beef pieces and banana cubes are coated well with the gravy.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and leave it for settling down.
