Scrambled Cottage cheese

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onion, tomato, green capsicum, green chilli and saute for less than a minute.

Add the spices red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes in medium heat
- 3
Add vinegar, tomato sauce, salt and mix well.

Add Cottage cheese and gently toss so that the cheese gets coated with the spices.

Note: If you prefer having cheese chunks, gently stir for a minute. I scrambled the cheese as my kids preferred having scrambled cheese.

Garnish with coriander leaves(cilantro). Serve hot with rice or roti
