Ingredients

  • 400 gwhite fish (cubed) / 14oz.
  • 400 gshrimp prawns / (uncooked) / 14oz.
  • 50 gscallions spring onions / (thinly sliced) / 2 oz.
  • 25 gred pepper (diced) / 1 oz.
  • 25 gpepper yellow (diced) / 1 oz.
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 4 tablespoonscrème fraîche (low fat)
  • 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  • ½ teaspoonwhite pepper ground
  • “Spray2Cook” (a word used to describe any low-cal. non-stick cook’s oil spray)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soften the onion and pepper sprayed Spray2Cook with in the microwave 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Put a deep fry pan onto medium heat sprayed with Spray2Cook. Fry the fish and shrimp until the shrimp is pink and the fish is solid white and flaky.

  3. 3

    When the vegetables finish microwaving add them to the cooking fish and shrimp.

  4. 4

    Season with garlic powder and pepper. As the fish looks ready stir through the crème fraîche and lemon juice.

    Serve in warm bowls.
