Boil the dry chowmein till it becomes soft or fully cooked.

Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and fry the veggies. Add some salt and keep it.

Heat the oil in a vessel. Add the boiled chowmein and fry until it becomes non sticky. Now add the soya sauce, schezwan sauce and vinegar. Add the salt and mix well.

Add the veggies and mix thouroghly. Fry for 10 minutes. It is now ready to eat.

Serve hot.
