It's 132 calories per serving; 18 grams carbs, 3 grams fat and 6.7 grams protein.

Grate the turnip

Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar. Mix.

Add rice flour and 3 cups boiling water. Mix until uniform.

Place empty cake pan on steamer.

Pour the mix into the pan.

Add enough boiling water water to fill the pan, leaving a spare 1/2 inch

Steam for an hour and a half.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the Chinese mushrooms, ground beef, onion, eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, soy sauce and corn starch.

After an hour and a half has passed (or when the cake has a jello consistency and turnip is cooked), spread the meat mixture on top of it and let it steam for 20 more minutes or until beef is done.

In a bowl, mix the Chinese mushrooms, ground beef, onion, eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, and corn starch.
