Steps

Crush the garlic and place in a pan with water
2

Place the chicken wings in the pan and steam it for 30 minutes
3

Remove the chicken wings and place them aside
4

In a frying pan,fry onions and tomatoes
5

Then add gharam masala and royco cubes and two pinches of salt
6

Add the chicken wings, cover and let them cook for 25 minutes
7

Serve with bhajia or any other accompaniment
