Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2-3 bunchesmizuna (potherb mustard)(wash and cut into 3 cm length, pat dry with paper towels)
  2. tofu dressing:
  3. *350~400 g tofu (drain to remove excess water)
  4. *3-4 Tbsp dashi (or Japanese style soup stock like Mentsuyu)
  5. *1-2 Tbsp sugar
  6. *1 Tbsp soy sauce (if you use Mentsuyu, no need to put in)
  7. *1 pinch salt
  8. *1~2 tsp grated ginger
  9. *1 Tbsp sesame oil
  10. *3 Tbsp ground sesame seeds
  11. to tastetoasted white sesame seeds for topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat tofu until smooth and creamy in a bowl. Mix all tofu dressing ingredients (*) well. Adjust the saltiness and sweetness to suit your taste.

    Just before eating, add mizuna to the bowl, combine with the tofu dressing.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with the toasted white sesame seeds.
