Steps

Boil spinach with little water, allow to cool. Blend to a puree.

In a mixing bowl, mix together wheat flour, spinach puree and salt. Add water as knead to a firm dough.

Roll into puris of desired size
- 4
Heat oil in a karahi and fry the puris over medium flame.
- 5
Serve with pickle or your choice of gravy.
