Ingredients

3 mins
1 Jar
  • 1Large Red Chilli
  • 1/2 TspSalt
  • 2 TspSugar
  • 5 TbspWhite Vinegar
  • JarEnough Water to top up

  1. 1

    Chop Chilli into approx 2 mm disks.

    In a CLEAN pickle jar (I use an old mustard pot) add the Salt, Sugar and Vineage and warm in Microwave for 30 seconds to disolve. Add the Chillis

  3. 3

    Top up with water until just covered then into microwave for 30 seconds x 2 (without lid) put on lid allow to cool and serve or put into Fridge until Needed. Amazing - ENJoy :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
