Steps
- 1
First of all, tie the curd in a cotton cloth. Hang it for half an hour
- 2
Actually, the curd has to be tied for 7-8 hours, but by then the curd will turn sour, so hang the curd for half an hour and drain the water. Then, put a package of curd on a large cloth and spread newspaper on it. Then, put a cloth on it and put the package of curd on it and put it on it like you put weight on cheese. Then, in 1/2 hour, a nice mask will be made.
- 3
Now the masko is almost 3rd part of the curd, so it is ready for Shrikhand. Now take the masko in a bowl and add sugar to it and mix it well with your hands and rub it in a sieve so that there are no lumps in it and the sugar dissolves well.
- 4
- 5
Now when your Shrikhand is mixed well, add cashew nuts, pistachios, saffron and grapes cut into pieces and add it. Add cardamom powder. Mix well. Your Shrikhand is ready.
- 6
Now add pistachios and cardamom powder to the cashew nuts and grapes and serve.
