1large onion
cooking oil
salt
1 tablespoonvinegar

Boil mutton until soft.

Chop onions and set a side.

Add small amount of cooking oil to the mutton and fry, add onions and stir unti it turns golden brown.

Add your vinegar and salt and leave it to deep fry for 3 minutes.

Serve hot with ugali
