Steps
- 1
Cook the bacon till it is crispy. crumble and set aside.
- 2
Place the puff pastry squares on a clean worktop.
- 3
Place some bacon, onion and potato chips in the center (not too much).
- 4
Top it with some cheese.
- 5
Now pull the four corners of the square inwards to meet at the center and gently pinch it together to hold.
- 6
Place the 'parcels' on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- 7
You will notice that the cheese will melt right away and combine with the bacon and onion. as the pastry puffs up and turns a light golden, the parcel will open up like a blooming flower.
- 8
Take them out of the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- 9
Serve accompanied by a cool and refreshing drink.
