1 quartwarm water
1 teaspoonssalt
31/4 cupsbuckwheat flour
1/2 cupsbread flour
2 packagesyeast
2 tablespoonsmolasses
1 teaspoonssugar

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water add sugar

Stir remaining water with flour salt and buckwheat
3

Add yeast mixture
4

Let stand overnight
5

In morning add molasses bake on hot griddle.
