Take a bowl, add the atta and rice flour, water and curd. Mix it well. Add chillies, jeera, hing and mix a it well. The dough should be soft enough. Let it ferment for 2-3 hours.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add a spoon of oil in dough and mix. This will make the fried item light. You can also use baking soda to make it fluffy. This is optional

Once the oil is hot enough, take small amounts of dough and gently drop as small balls in the oil. Keep turning it back and forth. Make sure the flame is medium.

Once golden brown, remove from oil. Place them on tissue so that excess oil gets absorbed.

Serve it hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
