Wash rice and leave it to dry for a few minutes (wash with cold water)

Put 2 cups of water to boil. Add oil and salt

Then add rice and cover it for 24 minutes

Then let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

If its soft remove from heat serve with a soup or sauce.
