Wash and cut the pumpkin and the potatoes into cubes.First bring to boil the potatoes for 5 minutes and add the pumpkin in.Add the finely chopped garlic for more flavor.Bring to boil until tender.Drain excess water and let them cool

In a different pan,sauté the onion,bell pepper and carrots for 4 minutes.

Once softened,add tomato paste and salt to taste.add 1/4 cup of cold water and Cook for about 2minutes.

Add the boiled potatoes plus the pumpkin and mix all in and let it simmer for 5 minutes

Serve and enjoy.For young babies,blend the malenge until smooth and serve with milk or soup.
