Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 cupsaffron flowers
  • 4large chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 2 teaspoonseasoned salt
  • 2 cupwater
  • to tasteground white pepper, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat an oven safe pan.

  2. 2

    Add chicken to the pan. Get browned. Add half the seasoned salt.

    Turn over each piece add rest of seasoned salt, saffron flowers, and water

    Put into oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let the liquids reduce on the stove top. Let rest 10 minutes. I hope you enjoy!
