Cool cool sabza dessert
A perfect dessert for the summer

First for reduced milk boil 500 ml of full fat milk along with few strands of saffron

Cook it in a heavy bottomed pan

Let it cook on low flame, stirring occasionally

When the quantity of milk becomes 1/4 then add 2 tbsp of sugar

Let it cook further for 5 - 7 minutes

When done take it out in a bowl and let it cool down

When completely cools down then keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Soak sabza seeds in a cup of water for 3 - 4 hours, it will swell up to four times

For assembling take two tall glasses

In one glass first put 1 tbsp of rose syrup

Then put 1 tbsp of sabza seeds

Then put 3 tbsp of reduced milk

Then on top place some mixed chopped fruits

Now pour khus syrup on top of the fruits

In the same way assemble the other glass also

But in the second glass, put the khus syrup in the base and rose syrup on top
