Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1bowl ragi soaked in warm water fr 20 min,
  2. 4boiled potatoes peeled n mashed,
  3. 2Onion's chopped,
  4. 3green chilies chopped,
  5. handfulcoriander leaves washed n chopped,
  6. 1/2bowl paneer crumbled,
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala,
  8. salt as per taste,
  9. 1/2bowl khaskhas (poppy seed),
  10. oil

Steps

    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Except oil n poppy seeds

  3. 3

    Spread poppy seeds on plate

  4. 4

    Mix nicely n give desired shape n roll in poppy seeds

  5. 5

    Keep non_stick tava on gas n put oil on it n roast the cutlets from both sides

  6. 6

    N sever hot with chutney or sauce
