Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  • 4medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 bunchparsley, chopped
  • 1medium container shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespooncurry powder

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into balls, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Freeze for 1 hour, then fry in hot oil until golden brown.

  3. 3

    For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, processed cheese spread, a little black pepper, and salt. Serve with the kofta.
