Ingredients

  1. 100 g(1/4Ib) Smoked Salmon
  2. 1/4Red Onion
  3. 1Lemon
  4. 1 tbspCapers
  5. 2 tbspOlive oil
  6. 1 1/2 tbspVinegar
  7. 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  8. 1/2 tspsalt※
  9. 1/2 tsppepper
  10. 1〜2g Dill

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Slice the onion thinly, then soak in water more than 1 hour and drain then squeeze the onion.

    Mix the ※ (Olive oil, Vinegar, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper)

    Put the onion, smoked salmon, capers, dill into the ※. Then put them in the refrigerator.
