Roast Potatoes garnished with onions and coriander served with minced meat

Peel the potatoes and clean them thoroughly

Boil the peeled potatoes for 8-10mins,be watchful they don't get soggy

Once boiled,drain water,pre heat the cooking oil for about 2 mins

Carefully deep your boiled potatoes until they turn brown and crispy,set aside in a bowl covered in paper towel to absorb excess oil

In another pan boil the minced meat add a pinch of salt

Add tomatoes,allow them to cook for about 8-10 minutes

Season the minced meat with black pepper,royco cubes and corriander,allow to simmer for 5 mins and then set aside

Saute the onions for 1min,use them to garnish the deep fried potatoes
